HOW IT WORKS

1   Choose Your Sheet Size
Pick from: 22” x 24”, 22” x 48”, 22” x 60”, 22” x 72”

2   Build Your Sheet
Click “Create Your Gang Sheet” to open our Kixxl Builder.

• Upload files up to 200MB (PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, or JPG)
• Arrange and resize your art however you’d like
• When you’re happy with your layout, click Save & Add to Cart

3   Checkout
Review your order and complete checkout like normal.
Once submitted, your gang sheet file is automatically sent to our printer—no waiting for approval or manual review. So make sure your artwork is exactly how you want it before checking out!

4   Print & Ship
We print your sheet within 24–48 hours.
Choose UPS Shipping at checkout (rates vary by speed) or Free Local Pickup from our Wichita shop. You’ll get an email with tracking info or a pickup notice when your order’s ready.

Pro Tips Before You Launch

• Use 300 DPI artwork for best print quality.
• Spot Colored PDFs are ideal for best color accuracy.
• Keep your designs at least 0.25″ apart to make cutting easier.
• We print exactly what you upload—no edits, no color adjustments.

Common Questions

Can you check my file before printing?
This is a fully automated process to get your prints out fast. To insure there aren’t any mistakes, please double-check your artwork before checkout.

What if I need a different size?
Right now we offer 22″ wide sheets in 24″–72″ lengths. For custom roll sizes or bulk orders, shoot us a message—we might have something cooking.

Do you cut or separate designs?
Gang sheets are printed as a single film. You’ll cut them down after receiving your order.

Can I reorder the same sheet later?
Yes! You can save your gang sheet layout in your Kixxl account and re-order whenever you need.
